I'm Elizabeth Faye—coach, thought leader, speaker, retreat host, author of Show Me How Easy It Is, and breathwork expert who went from burnt-out beauty industry CEO to helping high-performing creatives build ease-based businesses rooted in healing, alignment, and heart-led leadership.
My journey began behind the chair as a hairstylist, then salon owner, then educator + coach, where I built a seven-figure empire by age 25 and checked every box on my vision board—while secretly beyond burned out inside. Chronic illness, adrenal fatigue, autoimmune flare-ups—my body was screaming for the very thing I was afraid to give it: ease. I kept trying to earn it through hustle, force + grind.
That breakdown became my breakthrough and the foundation for everything I teach today.
Since 2012, I've been an educator and coach, guiding over 30,000 people through my courses and programs. I've taught 200+ workshops live, hosted dozens of transformational retreats, spoken on 100+ stages including a TEDx talk, and personally coached thousands of souls back to themselves.
As a trauma-informed coach and somatic healer, I'm certified and trained in NLP, hypnosis, RRT, EFT, somatic healing, inner child work, sound healing, shamanic healing and energetics. What if I can’t attend the live sessions?

Is this for beginners or people already on a personal development/ healing journey?
Both. Whether you’re just beginning or deeply seasoned in your spiritual and nervous system work, The Portal is a space to deepen, regulate, and remember. You’ll be held, guided, and activated—no matter your entry point. Healing isn’t about how “advanced” you are, the practices are the same. Your perspective, experience and depth you receive in them is a reflection of your own growth and consciousness.

Is this trauma-informed and safe for sensitive nervous systems?
Yes. Everything inside The Portal is created through a trauma-informed lens. We move at the speed of safety, always. Your body is never forced, pushed, or pressured. You are in control. You are the healer—we simply offer tools, guidance, and space to support your unfolding. With that being said we are not taking the place of your other providers such as therapists, doctors or other professionals you may work with or need. If you are experiencing severe trauma we do highly recommend pairing this work with a trauma therapist that you can get 1:1 support from locally where you live and always consult your medical professionals as well.
Yes after your first 3 months. It is a 90 day commitment to start. You’re not locked in after that. You can cancel or rejoin anytime with no hassle. Your healing, your rhythm. You must give 30 days notice. So you may have one more payment to make based on when you let us know and we will cancel and revoke access 30 days after your last payment. There are NO refunds at any time, you are making this commitment as a consenting adult and use of this tool is up to you.
